“People ignore design that ignores people”
Salut!
I am a Product Designer at Microsoft, designing the Microsoft Copilot Studio product, which is a low-code tool that empowers users to create robust AI-powered conversational interfaces based on LLMs and additional sources of knowledge.
My approach to design is to find the balance of meeting both the business and the users’ needs in the most simplified way possible. My experience has been primarily in enterprise-grade, AI-driven SaaS products, where I also enjoy flexing my creative visual design skills to inject personality and delight into the work I do whenever possible.
I currently work on a highly technical platform, which provides problem-solving opportunities that are often complex and require a solution that is both simplified for certain users, but powerful enough for the most advanced. This unique experience has given me the opportunity to truly put the user first, as the need for features to be designed to work efficiently and frictionless is paramount in such a tool.
My background is as varied as the users I have designed for and ranges from marketing and branding to illustration and graphic design. Throw in varied experiences from retail management of teams of 200+ employees, to running an independent engraving and lifestyle brand and it makes for a unique perspective that lends itself well to relating to users in many different ways.
